Built by a Local Family with Deep Southwest Missouri Roots
Southway Storage is developed and operated by the Stancer family, a multi-generational real estate family rooted in Southwest Missouri.
The family’s development history dates back to the late 1970s, when Howard Stancer began building properties in the Springfield region. His son, Gregg Stancer, carried those lessons forward, building a real estate business centered on long-term ownership, disciplined operations, practical development, and doing things the right way.
Today, that legacy continues through Gregg’s sons — Garrett, Jacob, and Hayden Stancer — who each play a key role in the company’s development, finance, operations, and long-term vision.
Southway is not a national chain. It is not an out-of-town ownership group. It is a local investment built by people who live here, work here, and care about the long-term future of this community.

When is your office open?
Our office is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
What are your access hours?
You can access your unit from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm any day of the week. We also offer 24-hour access upon request — just ask!
Security features include camera surveillance, full-perimeter secure fencing, and comprehensive site lighting. Facility amenities include a dedicated on-site property manager, wide drive aisles, secure high-speed Wi-Fi, LED exterior lighting, power access, convenient water spigots, an on-site waste dump station, online bill pay, and a digital Storedge management portal.
Do you offer boat and RV storage?
Yes! Southway Storage offers enclosed boat and RV storage, covered canopy parking, and open parking options for boats, RVs, campers, trailers, pontoons, jet skis, work vehicles, and recreational equipment.
Do you offer flex warehouse space?
Yes. Southway Storage offers premium flex warehouse space designed for business owners, contractors, tradespeople, equipment storage, inventory, workspace, and everyday business use. Our flex spaces are built to be practical, secure, and easy to access.
