Southway Storage is developed and operated by the Stancer family, a multi-generational real estate family rooted in Southwest Missouri.
The family’s development history dates back to the late 1970s, when Howard Stancer began building properties in the Springfield region. His son, Gregg Stancer, carried those lessons forward, building a real estate business centered on long-term ownership, disciplined operations, practical development, and doing things the right way.
Today, that legacy continues through Gregg’s sons — Garrett, Jacob, and Hayden Stancer — who each play a key role in the company’s development, finance, operations, and long-term vision.
