Southway Storage is located at 25 Riverdale Road in Ozark, directly across Highway 65 from Walmart.

Coming from Springfield on Highway 65, take the State Route F/South Street exit at the Ozark Walmart. Turn right onto Highway F, then turn left onto Riverdale Road. Southway Storage will be on your right—you can’t miss us!Southway Storage is located at 25 Riverdale Road in Ozark, Missouri, conveniently serving Ozark, Nixa, Springfield, and the greater Southwest Missouri area.

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. 

You can access your unit from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm any day of the week. We also offer 24-hour access upon request - just ask!

You can pay in person or over the phone Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or Saturday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. You also have the option to pay online 24/7 through our website.Yes! Southway Storage offers enclosed boat and RV storage, covered canopy parking, and open parking options for boats, RVs, campers, trailers, pontoons, jet skis, work vehicles, and recreational equipment.

Yes. Southway offers several options for boats, RVs, campers, trailers, and other vehicles, including large enclosed units, covered canopy parking, and open lot parking.

Our enclosed boat and RV units feature tall ceilings, oversized roll-up doors, LED lighting, and power access. Customers also have access to an on-site RV dump station for added convenience.

Southway Luxury Storage Units are large, premium storage spaces ranging from 1,400 to 2,240 square feet. They are ideal for business inventory, tools, materials, vehicles, trailers, equipment, recreational gear, hobbies, and household overflow.

These units feature 14' × 14' automatic garage-style doors, 18-foot ceilings, drive-up access, power, 50 AMP service, LED lighting, high-speed Wi-Fi, and industrial ceiling fans. Temperature-controlled, heated, and drive-through options are available in select units.

Our facility is fenced and accessible through a security gate. We also use security cameras to keep an eye on things, along with on-site management that is at the facility 6 days a week. We also conduct nightly security patrols at all of our facilities to provide maximum care for our customers.

Yes, in case of any kind of event, you will want tenant storage insurance.  You can get that on your own through your insurance company, or we offer insurance through Southway.

The occupant may not store any explosives, flammable, odorous, noxious, corrosive, hazardous, or pollutant materials, or any other good in the space or elsewhere on the property that would cause danger or nuisance to the space or any other portion of the property. The storage of food or perishable goods is strictly prohibited.
